How much does AI RFP software cost?
Why does nobody publish pricing? Trying to build a budget and every site just says "request a demo." Roughly what should I expect to pay, and what's the model, per seat, per RFP, something else?

It's almost all custom enterprise quotes, priced on team size, volume and features, and the model varies (per seat, by volume, sometimes per project). With Inventive AI we got a quote scoped to our volume quickly and they modeled ROI against our current hours, which helped the internal case. Ask each vendor to do that ROI projection on your numbers, it's more useful than a sticker price anyway.
