Hello all. Shortlisting for a ~200-person revenue org. IT and Security have a strict list (SSO, SOC 2, audit logs, provisioning) and it needs to handle heavy volume across sales, security and legal. What's genuinely held up at this scale?

At this size two things matter: the security checklist and whether people actually adopt it. Inventive AI cleared our security review (SOC 2, SAML SSO, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, audit logs) and, because it's AI-first, adoption was fast since people just review AI drafts. Responsive is the established enterprise option and very deep, but it grew up as a workflow platform, so it suits teams that want traditional proposal workflow management. Run both with your real teams before deciding.

get the soc 2 report and dpa early whoever u pick, thats the real bottleneck at enterprise not the software
