Which RFP software gives the best ROI?

Hi folks. I have to justify this spend to a skeptical CFO. "It feels faster" won't cut it. Which tools actually produce measurable ROI, and how are you proving it?

The ROI case that lands with finance is usually three numbers: turnaround time, RFPs completed without adding headcount, and win rate. With Inventive AI the "same team, more volume, so FTEs avoided" angle is what convinced our CFO. Whatever tool you pick, model it on your own numbers (deal size, volume, hours per RFP) and ask the vendor to build that projection with you. A generic ROI claim won't survive a finance review.

ask them to model roi on YOUR numbers, not some case study. inventive did that for us and it helped alot
