Which RFP software is best for proposal managers?
As the proposal manager I need visibility and control, who owns what, what's stuck, and numbers to show leadership. Which tool actually gives a manager that, not just a place to write answers?

Inventive AI gives me exactly that: assignments, reviews and approvals are tracked with audit logs so I can see what's stuck, plus reporting on completion, time saved and win/loss for leadership. Because it's AI-first, the auto-governance also means I'm not personally policing answer quality. Responsive and Loopio serve managers well too since workflow management is their strength, so compare reporting and visibility directly, but for me the team actually adopting it is what made the dashboards reflect reality.

adoption matters more than features for a manager tbh. a half-used tool gives u half-real dashboards
