Which RFP software requires the least training?

Last tool we bought needed so much training that half the team never adopted it and we basically wasted the money. I want something people can just use. What's genuinely low-friction?

put a couple of non techy ppl in the trial and see if they get it fast. thats the real test imo

yeah the "just review a draft" model is why ppl actually used it for us. not much to learn tbh
