Arphie vs Conveyor

Two rfp response software tools compared on the same rubric, with the evidence behind each number.

The short answer

This pairing is mostly a question of scope. Conveyor is built around the security review specifically, including a Trust Center intended to deflect a portion of inbound questionnaires before anyone has to answer them. Arphie is a broader response workspace that covers security questionnaires alongside general RFx work. If security reviews are the whole job and the volume is high, the narrower tool tends to fit the workflow better and the Trust Center has real deflection value. If questionnaires are one of several document types your team handles, running two products to cover the span is usually the worse outcome, and the broader workspace wins on total cost and context switching rather than on any individual feature. Worth checking before you decide either way: how each behaves when your evidence goes stale. Security answers rot faster than proposal content because they are pinned to certifications, sub-processors and policies that change on their own schedule, and a tool that confidently repeats last year's answer is worse than one that refuses to answer at all.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a Trust Center as well as questionnaire automation?

Only if enough of your inbound reviews are standard enough to be self-served. Teams with mostly bespoke enterprise questionnaires see far less deflection than the category's marketing implies.
