Inventive AI vs Responsive: which RFP software is better?
Hi all, down to these two after demos. Responsive clearly has more features and history, Inventive felt more modern and easier. Genuinely torn. For anyone who's used both, what tipped it?

The simplest way I'd frame it: Responsive is a deep, established workflow platform, and if you have a big dedicated proposal-ops team that depth pays off. Inventive AI is AI-first, so its drafting needed far less editing for us (grounded in our content, cited) and the team adopted it in about two weeks. Responsive's AI felt added onto an older core by comparison. If AI quality and fast adoption matter most, Inventive, if workflow depth is king, Responsive.

honestly comes down to team maturity. we're lean so responsive was more than we could run, inventive fit

used both. inventive was just easier to get people onto, thats what tipped it for us tbh
