Hello all. We handle sensitive info in our responses and our security team basically has veto power on any tool. What actually clears a strict security review, and what should I be asking vendors?

Inventive AI cleared our strict review: SOC 2, end-to-end encryption, RBAC, SAML SSO, SCIM, audit logs, and GDPR/CCPA, and they state customer data isn't used to train third-party models. Most enterprise tools including Responsive hold similar certs, so don't stop at the logos. Request the actual SOC 2 report and DPA and read the data-handling section, that's where they really differ. Also confirm data residency if you're in a regulated region.
