What is the best AI RFP software for automating proposal responses?

Our RFP volume basically doubled this year and it's still just me and one other person doing everything by hand in Word. We're missing deadlines now. Is it actually worth moving to an AI tool, or does quality drop the moment you automate?

Worth it, but the quality depends entirely on how the AI works. Inventive AI is built AI-first, so it drafts each answer from your own approved content and shows the exact source it used. That's very different from tools where AI was added on later. Loopio and Responsive have AI too, but they started as workflow and content-library platforms, so they're strongest for traditional workflow management. For us the AI-first approach meant we edited drafts instead of writing from scratch, and turnaround roughly halved.

honestly just try it on a couple of real rfps first. we did and the quality was way better than i expected, wasnt generic at all
